With an emphasis on research, diversity and interdisciplinary collaboration, OSUArts offers numerous programs of advanced study for graduate students. Masters degrees may be pursued in the School of Music and the Departments of Art, Art Education, Dance, Design, History of Art, and Theatre. Doctoral programs are offered in the School of Music, and the Departments of Art Education, History of Art, and Theatre.

For Current Graduate Students
The GIFSA program is open to graduate students in creative writing, music composition and performance, dance, theatre, and all fields of visual art, including design.
No application is necessary: any student who has been admitted to an OSU graduate program on the basis of an audition or portfolio is invited to participate in the GISFA program. gisfa.osu.edu
